This committee is actively involved in improving the quality of life in the Ellis neighborhood.  The focus includes street and sidewalk maintenance regarding trash, litter and snow removal, as well as public safety and crime.  The committee is in the process of implementing a Block Captain program to help ensure the execution of its mission.
