| South End Fall Clean Up November 20, 2010 |
|
The Ellis Executive Committee and Board of Directors would like to thank all of you who participated in the Ellis Clean Up yesterday. It was a beautiful day to tackle the garbage, grime and grit on the sidewalks and streets. The clean up was a huge success because of your hard work and commitment to our neighborhood. The Ellis would also like to thank Tabitha Bennett and the City of Boston for their support of this initiative as well as the supplies, trash pick up and street sweeper they provided. The Ellis streets look amazing and it was a terrific start to the annual street sweeping that will begin April 1. See photos
The annual Fall South End Clean Up was held on Saturday, November 20, 2010.
The mayor's Office of Neighborhood and Public Works Department provided brooms, rakes, and trash bags at the BCA Plaza. Neighbors pitched in and had a lot of fun. Thanks to everyone who came to help including volunteers shown here from Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology.
