A chance to celebrate! The Annual Ellis Evening Fundraiser will be held on Sunday, June 23, 2019 at The Revolution Hotel, 40 Berkeley Street.
The Ellis is a vital part of the vibrant South End community. It is dedicated to helping bring residents and businesses together to preserve and enhance the quality of life in the neighborhood. The Ellis also provides a forum for discussing local and citywide issues, and often plans activities and projects that are beneficial and entertaining. We strive to help maintain neighborhood standards through code enforcement and keep residents informed on city policies and procedures.
The proceeds from this annual event will support the renovation and reconstruction of the Allan Rohan Crite Park at the intersection of West Canton Street and Columbus Avenue. This park will create an inviting and attractive space, to bring neighbors together, to join in events and share in its future. The proceeds will also help sustain Ellis’s current operations and ongoing initiatives performed by many active volunteer committees which include:

- Beautification - tree pit fence installations, clean-ups, holiday decorations
- Preservation – Ellis works to protect the architectural beauty of the South End and to preserve its residential character

- Support - to South End Baseball, Community Music of Boston, Boston Center for the Arts, United South End Artists, Castle Square Tenants Organization, McKinley South End Academy, Casa Myrna, Hayes Park and St. Stephens Youth Programs
