Mussels - White wine broth with chorizo and rouille toasts
Beef Bourguignon - With brussels sprouts, pearl onions
Fennel Salami Salad - Baby red romaine, pickled shallots, carrots, Comté cheese, warm sherry vinaigrette
Apple and Pear Salad - Chicories, Great Hill blue cheese, walnuts, apple cider vinaigrette

Salmon Filet - Rainbow Swiss chard, plancha lemon, potatoes, green beans
Fall Cavatelli - Butternut squash, chanterelle mushrooms, hazelnuts, brown butter and sage, Pecorino
Steak Frites - Sirloin steak, house fries, shallots confit
